calm down yoga



I hung this in our playroom weeks ago and went over it with J. For a while it went dormant. I would mention it as an option for calming down (something we’ve been having to do A LOT of lately), but it wasn’t getting much love. Then, out of the blue, in the middle of a crying snot fit, J asked if he could do a yoga pose. YES, YES YOU CAN. 

Funny thing is, as we were working through the skier pose, Lucas shot his arms up right along with us. 

I don’t know if it will be a long-term solution, but it’s an option for us as we navigate this insanity that is age 3.
